• Exchange-Only Policy

      At Ultimate Apparel we stand behind the quality of our clothing items. However, to streamline our processes and ensure fairness to all customers, we have implemented an exchange-only policy on clothing purchases.

      Policy Overview:

      • No Returns: We do not accept returns on clothing items. Once purchased, items are eligible for exchange only.

      • Exchange Period: Clothing items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

      • Condition: To be eligible for exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We cannot process exchanges for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

      • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.

      • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, visit our any social media handle or customer support service. Our staff will assist you in finding a suitable replacement item with the right procedure to initiate the return.

      • Exclusions: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be exchanged unless they are deemed faulty.

      • Gift Exchanges: Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged with a gift receipt within 14 days of the original purchase date.

      • Online Exchanges: If you made your purchase online, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and process the exchange.

      Note: We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply, except in cases where the exchange is due to an error on our part.

      For any inquiries or assistance regarding exchanges, please reach out to our customer service team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our exchange-only policy.

  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which

    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or

    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

  • We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at  ultimateapparelteam@gmail.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.

  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.

  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc

    In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹180.

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price in the form store credits or gift cards.

PROCESS:


EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We grant you a period of 14 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.

  • In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned. The amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.

  • Incase you have received a damaged, defective, missing or a wrong product on delivery. Please reach out to us within 24 hours at  ultimateapparelteam@gmail.com

  • Exchange of a product is subject to stock availability.

  • An order can be returned / exchanged to a maximum of one (1) consecutive times.
